I did want to let you know that we loved our stay in villa 11. The weather was superb in Bali and we loved being so close to shops and restaurants. The staff were always friendly and anything we asked for was always dealt with quickly. Gin, our butler, was very responsive and friendly and we appreciated his advice on things to do and see on our holiday. We loved the breakfasts every day. The mosquitoes were a bit of a problem and we were grateful to have one of the villas that had closing sliding doors.
It was a little disappointing that the pool area was in the shade as we had to go to the beach if we wanted to lay in the sun. But this is our only criticism. We had an absolute ball and would definitely return to stay another time.
Thank you for making our first visit to Bali so enjoyable and welcoming.

We had a lovely 4 days cycling around the Bali coastline, and then had a fantastic relaxing weekend at Kanishka. The villa was lovely and luxuriously kitted out and your staff were some of the friendliest that we have met in our travels. We have already recommended you to our friends!

WOW!! thats the first reaction that we, I and my wife, had as we entered the VILLA. I was not very comfortable with the Idea of leaving Holiday Inn-5 star property in Kuta to a Villa in Semiyank. This Vila was pushed by my travel agent to us in India. But I guess by not opting to stay in KANISHKA VILLA, i would have missed on something great in life. This Villa has an awesome layout backed by excellent service, 24 hrs by dedicated butlers. We stayed here for three days and the experience was very different than staying in a big hotel. I strongly recommend this to all my traveller friends who want to explore something unique and different. I wish Kanishka and its team the best of times ahead.
In staying at Kanishka Villas for 2 nights we were extremely impressed with the lay-out of the villa and its contemporary and extremely comfortable furnishings. Many villas todays are too minimalistic but at Kaniskha it felt like being at home.
The lay-out of the villas is such that if you’re a couple, you use only one of two bedrooms. Although the upper level bedroom is slightly larger, we chose the ground floor as my husband is in a wheelchair and we had absolutely no problem in moving around the living, outdoor, bedroom and bathroom areas of the villa. The bedroom lay-out is ideal for 2 couples with complete privacy from each other.
My husband was absolutely thrilled to be able to get Fox News channel (among so many others) as we had stayed at a number of villas and hotels previously on this trip where it wasn’t available.
We couldn’t help but use the inviting pool the moment we arrived, and also enjoyed some after-dinner swims.
Although tempted to use the inhouse menu when our friends visited, we decided to get some “nibblies” from the Bali Deli just a few mins. away. We were going to Made’s Warung for dinner (just close by) but then decided to eat in so our butler arranged to get the menu, assisted with our order and then delivered the food to us when ready. Fantastic service!
Although we have stayed in other villas along Jalan Kunti, we found the location of Kanishka to be much more central, with easy access.
The staff were among the most helpful we’ve ever come across in Bali. Kanishka – you’re doing a great job and we’ll be back!

Kanishka villas are luxurious, contemporary in style and are in a good location, about 5-10 minutes drive from Seminyak beach. You are surrounded by upper class boutiques and some of the best bars & restaurants in bali. I highly recommend Kanishka if you love luxury, nice furnishings, a gorgeous plunge pool & a butler!
